BM1 bus available in 3 minutes walk, it takes you straight to Manhattan, bus stop on Ave K and Utica Ave corner, if you walking down from the house on Ave K, on the right side, look for Primary and Specialty Care building. Look for bus routes at: https://bustime.mta.info/m/?q=350194
BM1 takes you back to Ave K between E52nd and E53rd St, 30 seconds walk from the house.
